Fruit & Nut Superfood Smoothie

Half fill blender with spinach then add:
1 avocado
1 banana
Few blueberries
Few goji berries or powder
Fresh ginger
Juice of half a lemon juice
Some cashews and hazelnuts
Linwoods Flax/sunflower and pumpkin seed
Coconut water
1 spoon of Marvellous Superfood

Buzz it all up together.
