Fruit & Nut Superfood Smoothie

Half fill blender with spinach then add:
1 avocado
1 banana
Few blueberries
Few goji berries or powder
Fresh ginger
Juice of half a lemon juice
Some cashews and hazelnuts
Linwoods Flax/sunflower and pumpkin seed
Coconut water
1 spoon of Marvellous Superfood

Buzz it all up together.

Apple juice
Superfood powder

Blend it all together. Nutritious and alkalizing.

Pineapple & Cinnamon Superfood Smoothie

200ml Pineapple Juice
Juice of 1 lemon
Thumb of ginger
1/2tsp of cinnamon
Handful of ice cubes
1tsp Marvellous Superfood Powder

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

1 mango
1 banana
Squeese of lemon juice
Handful of ice
