Fermented Rhubarb recipe
🌱Want to know how to ferment your rhubarb? Then read on….
🌱It’s that time of year when many of us start to see the fruits of our labour in the garden and have veg to spare.
🌱Fermenting them not only prolongs the life, often in to the winter and beyond, but provides a host of health benefits too!
One of my favourite ferments is fermented Rhubarb!
It keeps a long time in the fridge and is perfect to top a special pie or just to eat with yogurt. ✨
