Weekends are for slow wake-ups and lazy breakfast, my family love these baked oat pots on the weekend 🥣

A bit like cake for breakfast 🍌

But full of protein and inulin filled banana goodness to support your gut health.

Blend all ingredients together
1/2 cup oats,

1 banana,

2 tbsp rice protein (or any protein) I’ve used rice protein because it has a mild taste and is 80% protein.

1/2  cup almond milk,

1 tsp baking powder,

2 tbsp coconut sugar,

after it’s blended at chocolate chips and fill 3 ramekins, top with cinnamon and a few chocolate chips, bake at 200 for 20 mins, finish with maple syrup enjoy!

Serve with our drinking cacao for extra prebiotic goodness. ⭐️
