Vegan gluten free chocolate cake recipe

As promised here’s the ingredients list for you to try at home.
⭐️ 1 1/4 cups of gluten-free self raising flour.
⭐️ 1 cup of coconut sugar.
⭐️ 1/3 cup unsweetened cacao powder.
⭐️ 1 tsp baking soda
⭐️ 1/2 tsp salt
⭐️ 1 cup warm water
⭐️ 1tsp vanilla extract
⭐️ 1/3 cup coconut oil
⭐️ 1tsp apple cider vinegar
Mix well and bake for approx 25mins, for a springy sponge.
Make the chocolate glaze.
⭐️ 1/2 cup coconut oil
⭐️ 1 cup coconut sugar
⭐️ 1/4 cup water
⭐️ 1tsp vanilla extract
⭐️ 1/4 cup cacao powder
Heat in a pan until gently bubbling.
To create Wanda’s gravity defying cake.
⭐️Layer the cake adding fruit and glaze in between each layer.
⭐️Top with extra glaze and decorate with fruit if you choice chocolate chunks and crushed chocolate.
⭐️Fill the cake plate with extra fruit and more crushed chocolate
