This yellow maca powder is 100% pure, raw and dried Peruvian yellow maca, and contains 8 essential amino acids and fatty acids, as well as an abundance of vitamins and minerals. It is made up from approximately 10% protein, 10% fibre and 60% carbohydrate. Yellow maca has been shown to help improve sleep, reduce stress, increase the libido and lower blood pressure. It is also thought to have a beneficial affect on energy levels and vitality, as well as a balancing effect on the hormonal system. It’s been naturally dried and powdered ensuring all the powerful nutrients from the Maca bulb are maintained.
