1 medium ripe banana
½ cup sliced cucumber
¾ -1 light coconut milk
1 cup spinach or kale
1 tsp Marvellous Superfood Spirulina
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1. In the blender, add the frozen banana, cucumber, coconut milk, spinach/kale, spirulina
and hemp seeds.
2. Blend until creamy and smooth.
3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
