This velvety mousse is unbelievably easy to make. It’s delicious and decadent but is made entirely from heart healthy ingredients.
250ml Coconut cream
Melt the chocolate in a small bowl placed over a pan of hot water. When fuly melted add the sugar, coconut oil and and cacao. Gently stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth and silky. Pour the chocolaty mixture into a medium sized bowl. Add the coconut cream and whisk until smooth. Pour into four ramekins or small glasses and chill for at least three hours. Top with your choice of fruit or cream or have it its own.
