Delivery and returns
Thanks for ordering from us, we want you to know that we take a lot of pride in creating, packaging and dispatching our unique products to you. What you need to know...
Orders are despatched within 48 hours of receipt of cleared
funds on working days.
All orders are sent using the delivery method chosen at check out.
Delivery of your order. It is the customers responsiblity to track progress of delivery and should your parcel arrive when you are not home and it is sent to the local post office depot, it is the customers responsibility to rearrange delivery of their parcel or collect from their local depot. If we have to re-ship the order then the customer will be liable to pay the extra shipping. If a refund is required, then we will refund once the order arrives back at our office.
UK DELIVERY TIMES
Royal Mail 1st class normally arrives within 1-3 days from dispatch.
*1st class orders are non trackable but do have proof of delivery
Royal Mail express orders take 24 hours from dispatch
express orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched next working day
*Express orders are fully trackable.
* If you need your order within a certain time frame please message us and we will try to accommodate.
DELIVERIES TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE UK
*Taxes and charges may be applied to parcels shipped outside of the UK
We are not eligible to pay the customs or duty charges or offer refunds if the charges are not paid.
*shipping times outside of the UK will take significantly longer
DELIVERY TIMES WILL INCREASE DURING PEAK SEASON (Nov-Dec)
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES FOR ANY SERVICES DURING A PANDEMIC, EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS OR DURING ROYAL MAIL AND CURRIER STRIKES.
Additional Delivery Information
- All delivery timescales are subject to availability
- Your order may be dispatched in more than one parcel and arrive at different times
- Working day refers to any day Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays
- Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas may take longer.
- It is your responsibility to provide the correct name address and postcode, if you provide the wrong name address or postcode and the parcel is returned by Royal Mail or the currier we can resend it at an additional postage charge, if the parcel is not returned we cannot refund or replace the items.
How do I Return a Product?
We are proud of the quality of our products and personally check each and every order for quality and consistency, if however, your products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, please return the unopened products to the returns address below within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty*
*Because we produce food products which are often used in recovery from illness, we follow a strict traceability procedure, for this reason once your order is dispatched we can NOT cancel it, exchange it, or except returns unless it arrives damaged.
Lost or Damaged Parcel
If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of the dispatch date – we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to inform us within this time frame.
If products are damaged in transit, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement. Proof of damage should be emailed to email@example.com
We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to follow these guidelines.
