I love how quickly the Renewal Blend arrived. I'm a week or so into enjoying it each morning. I was happily surprised how it makes such a yummy hot choc kind of drink- that and the super ingredients blend i'm looking forward to seeing how I feel in a month or so after taking it for a bit longer.

I started taking this supplement on day 20 of my cycle - so ordinarily would start to feel a bit premenstrual at this point. Leading up to my period I've had a lot more energy, not feeling anywhere near as tired, my libido has increased (that's nice!), I'm not feeling anxious at all and I'm not feeling a bit down or irritable like I normally do. I've got some cramps so I knowing due very soon, but all the other symptoms I wanted to alleviate are gone! I feel happier as a result. I've only been taking it for 8 days!

I can’t quite believe how well this works for my PMDD. I am typically emotional and in physical pain with little motivation to do anything. This has removed the need for painkillers (only tested on one menstrual cycle) and has made my mood much more balanced. I feel like I’m able to get on with life rather than spending it in bed. If this continues working as it has been, this is entirely life changing for me. I come from a nutrition science background and was incredibly sceptical when a friend so kindly gifted this to me. However, the other reviews are spot on. I’ll be buying it regularly from now on.

This is literally magic in a packet . If you have period pains , endometriosis , cysts , bowel pain . THIS is something that comes highly recommended , not just from me but many women . Drs and specialists say , take the pill " what else do you want me to do " take pain killers .. these are the replies we have personally had , they dont have the answers because they arent looking to nature and nature always has the answer . We are natural beings so why do we rely on pharmaceutical answers to cure us . Who wants to take the pill forever when you are only 26 , who wants to take pain killers and not be able to leave your bed because of pain again at only 26 , this took away the pain no need for pain killers , this took away the endless days in bed .. Is this a cure NO ... is this a solution for an actual difference to what can be a miserable life YES YES AND MORE YES . take it from someone who has seen the difference in real time and months and months later we are still ordering this regularly ..
