I've been taking this blend for many years and can attest to its excellence. It is packed full of minerals and iron et cetera. It is cleansing and strengthening. I just mix it in plain water and drink it down . BBC N it taste a bit like a meadow, but that's alright with me

If you have Endometriosis or permi menopause

If you have endometriosis , if you have peri menopause then if you are anything like me you look at reviews and think How can something like that have so much difference on the body , I for one was also skeptical , when I tell you that this mix of natural blends is a GAME changer to life wellbeing , overall pain , feeling tired and just basically living a normal life , then let me tell you THIS IS THE BLEND FOR YOU . my daughter takes it for endo , i take it for perimenopause .. When I tell you , if you dont try it , you are missing out , not even exaggerating .. These ingredients together make a MASSIVE difference to our quality of life , not just a slight difference and we have tried MANY MANY MANY THINGS , drs are unfortunately pill pushers and those pills dont help .. An Age-Reversing Superfood

It is really a unique product as it combines the nutritional elements of three different seaweeds and grasses. It is widely known that Spirulina alone contains all 20 amino acids - the structural element of dna - and there is already a plethora of dietitian books and nutriotionists all over the world that enumerate the countless benefits of comsuming these specific superfoods, thus I am going to state my own experience as a consumer (male 44yo). Within 3 days of taking it I noticed that my skin looked more radiant and healthy, plus it has put a stop to my overeating, as I didn't feel hungry anymore during the day. That is a good thing, because I belong to those people that eat a lot - I eat when I am happy, sad, bored etc. And this non-eating is different than fasting, as it gives you a sense of completeness, like you already had a full meal and nothing is missing from your nutrition. Furthermore, I noticed an increase in my physical activity and I don't necessarily mean ******, although this will be part of your new regime as well :) One more thing I do is that I give it to my dog too. I sprinkle just a very small ammount on his food. He is really old and suffers from dad breath and I know that seaweeds flush out toxins, so I thought it might help him. To be honest I haven't seen any improvement so far, but I have my vet's approval and it is considered to be safe for pets. To conclude, more and more people are becoming more health conscious, at least as far as their nutrition is concerned, and I highly recommend this product even to people who don't take care of their diet - I believe they need it the most. I started giving it to my mother, now my father is asking for it as well. Give this to your friends and family and trust me, they will be grateful.

This is how I start my day. Add to a bit of juice and coconut water. Shake. Drink. Go. As someone who never knows what to have in the morning this is perfect.
