I’ve been using renewal or adaptogens every day for months, and last month forgot to take them for a few weeks when I was changing jobs and fell out of my schedule. My period went back to days of intense cramps and terrible mood swings, I had to be on painkillers to get out of bed. I felt awful and had honestly forgotten how bad periods can be.
