Tiramisu Protein Oats

These Tiramisu overnight oats are a great protein breakfast for when you're in a rush and want a sweet treat.


For the oats

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1tbs of chia seeds  
  • 2-3 tbs of maple syrup
  • 1tbs of Nutrient Pure Protein powder
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup of black coffee

For the topping

  • 1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low fat creme fraiche (or 1 cup full fat yogurt if you prefer )
  • 2tbs Nutrient Pure Protein powder
  • 1tbs maple syrup
  • Raw cacao to sprinkle on top or grated dark chocolate


Make both parts (oats & topping) separately mixing up in individual bowls and keep in fridge over night. Assemble in the morning ❤️
