Vegan baked oats.

Ideal for leisurely weekend mornings, my family relishes these baked oat pots for breakfast 🥣

 

Featuring banana-derived inulin to promote digestive health and plant-based protein to sustain satiety, this recipe delivers balanced nutrition.

they offer a treat-like start to the day 🍌

 

Add all the ingredients into the blender

1/2 cup oats,

1 banana,

2 tbsp protein powder,

1/2 cup almond milk,

1 tsp baking powder,

and 2 tbsp coconut sugar.

Once combined, add in chocolate chips, divide among 3 individual ramekins, sprinkle with cinnamon and more chocolate chips, then

bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Finally, garnish with a drizzle of maple syrup and indulge!
