Japanese style Fermented Cucumbers
🌱Who’s growing cucumbers this year?🌱

If you are or even if your not you will want to try my fermented Cucumber recipe✨

Be warned unfermented cucumbers will never be good enough after you’ve tired these!

Ingredients
Cucumbers , Soy source, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, chilli (optional)

Here’s what to do
Chop the cucumbers into small wedges,
Ad ginger, chilli and garlic to the bottom of the jar, fill the jar with cucumbers leaving about 1 inch room at the top
Ad 1/2 tsp of sesame oil and and a squeeze of lemon, fill jar with soy sauce.
Weigh down with a fermenting weight.
Place on your counter for 3-5 days.
Place in the fridge

Then place in the fridge, you can keep it in the fridge for months, as long as it doesn’t turn mouldy it’s good to eat ✨

Let me know if you decide to try my Cucumber recipe ❤️
