No one wants their baking efforts to turn out dry, crumbly and a bit sand like. It can be so disheartening!
This is her tip for anyone new to gluten-free baking.
Substitute 1/4 of the flour for ground almonds if you can tolerate nuts.
⭐️ They’ll add moisture to the recipe and you’ll avoid the dry, sand like texture.
