200ml milk of your choice
1tbsp protein powder 
1tbsp drinking cacao
1 tsp coconut sugar


How to make

Put dry ingredients into a cup.
Heat the milk.
Pour a small amount of milk onto the dry ingredients and stir to form a paste.
Pour on the rest of your milk.

Stir and enjoy!
