Oaty chocolate protein bars
We asked Wanda to invent a delicious protein bar recipe
so we can sneak healthy treats in to our kids packed lunches.
Here's what she came up with!

2 cups of ground oats
1 cup rice protein
1 1/5 cups coconut sugar
2/3 cup oil
1/2 cup water
Mix dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients
Mix well together
Add to pan with greece proof paper
Bake 15 - 20 mins 180 or until knife comes out clean
Optional - Chocolate topping
1/2 cup sugar melted In saucepan with 1 tbs water till bubbling.
Then add 1/2 cup coconut oil and 1tbs of cacao and tsp vanilla .
Whisk until smooth .
Poor over the cake
Cool completely before slicing
